What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise manipulated. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact Vault by Toni as soon as possible so we can assist you.
How long does processing & shipping take?
All Vault by Toni orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Can I bleach, dye or customize my bundles?
Yes! Vault by Toni hair can be professionally colored, bleached, curled, straightened, and customized. For best results and to maintain the quality and longevity of your hair, we recommend having all chemical processing performed by a licensed professional. Always deep condition after coloring or bleaching.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
For a full, luxurious install, we recommend 3 bundles for lengths 22” and shorter. For lengths longer than 22”, we recommend 4 bundles for maximum fullness. If you prefer an extra-full look, you can always add an additional bundle.
How long does my Vault By Toni hair last?
With proper care, Vault by Toni hair can last 1–2+ years and can be reused for multiple installs. Longevity depends on how often the hair is worn, styled, colored, and maintained. To get the most out of your investment, we recommend gentle detangling, minimal heat, regular conditioning, and proper storage between installs.
